15.05 billion rupees for 8.37-acre plot in central Mumbai

* Developer Indiabulls Real Estate gained 3.5
percent to 175.70 rupees after it agreed to pay 15.05 billion
rupees for the 8.37-acre plot in central Mumbai owned by
state-run National Textile Corp.
