* Tata Tea Ltd. rose 1.06 percent to 679.95 rupees after it said it had formed a new company to run its north India tea plantations, in which International Finance Corp. and India's ILFS would hold 20 percent each.
* ICI India Ltd. rose 1.5 percent to 466 rupees after it said it planned to sell its advanced refinish business for 520 million rupees to a unit of PPG Industries Inc.
