Accel Frontline Ltd has informed Bombay Stock Exchange about a Press Release by BT Singapore Pte Ltd (BT), announcing the completion of
acquisition of 100% of the Equity Share Capital of Frontline Technologies Corporation Ltd (FTC), Singapore. The new Company started its operations under the new brand name of BT Frontline.
"BT on March 25, 2008 announced that the acquisition of Frontline Technologies Corporation Ltd. has successfully completed and the new Company will start operations immediately under the new brand-name of BT Frontline. BT Frontline also has additional significant subsidiaries and associate Companies which will continue operating under their existing
brand names. These include:
BT announced acquisition of Frontline for approximately S$202 million on December 05, 2007 has successfully completed it on March 25, 2008. After acquisition of additional 9% by FTC in Accel Frontline Ltd (AFL) on March 18, 2008, AFL is now a 51% subsidiary of BT Frontline.
