Non-levy, or free sale sugar, is sold by millers in the open market, but the quantity each mill can sell is fixed by the federal government.
* Great Offshore fell 2.8 percent to 363.35 rupees on concerns an open offer for a 20 percent holding by Bharati Shipyard may be priced lower than the current market price, dealers said.
