STOCKS THAT MOVED Nov 2

* Shares in printed circuit board maker Circuit Systems (India) Ltd ended at 43.50 rupees on debut, 24.3 percent higher than the issue price of 35 rupees.

* Compact Disc India Ltd rose by its maximum daily limit of 5 percent to 64.45 rupees after the animation firm revised up its 2007/08 revenue guidance to 1 billion rupees from 850 million.

* Specialty oils and conductors maker Apar Industries Ltd gained 3.8 percent to 260.45 rupees after the company said it agreed to sell its polymer unit for 1.11 billion rupees.

* Indian Oil gained 2.6 percent and Hindustan Petroleum added 1.8 percent as the oil minister began talks with top leaders to discuss how to stem losses as the state-run firms are forced to sell fuel at lower rates even as global oil prices surge.

* Hindustan Unilever extended its sharp losses from the previous session and ended down 6.4 percent at 194.25 rupees, its worst close in more than two months. India's biggest consumer goods maker reported a 22 percent fall in quarterly profit, lagging forecasts, on Wednesday.

* ICICI Bank gained 3.3 percent to 1,298.90 rupees after the chief of India's No. 2 lender said that interest rates in India would probably come down.

* State Trading Corp Ltd rose by its maximum daily limit of 5 percent to 966.90 rupees after its board approved a 1-for-1 bonus share issue.
